- Any Degree
- Previous experience in electronics/furniture retail or showroom management preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the electronics showroom.
- Lead, supervise and motivate the sales team.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Monitor individual employee performance and productivity.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain proper showroom display, cleanliness and discipline.
- Monitor stock, inventory and product movement.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales and branch performance reports.
- Ensure proper attendance,
punctuality and adherence to company policies.
- Support promotional activities and improve branch sales.
- Ensure smooth overall functioning of the branch.
