JOB DESCRIPTION – WORKSHOP CASHIER

Position: Cashier – Automobile Workshop

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer billing and payment collection for workshop services, parts and accessories.
- Generate accurate invoices, receipts and payment entries in the DMS/ERP system.
- Handle cash, card, UPI and other payment modes and maintain daily cash records.
- Reconcile daily collections with system reports and submit cash/collection reports to Accounts.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and Accounts for billing corrections and pending payments.
- Maintain proper records of credit/debit transactions and customer outstanding amounts.
- Ensure timely and accurate closure of daily cash and billing activities.
- Provide professional and courteous service to customers during payment and vehicle delivery.
- Follow company policies, financial controls and audit requirements.

Key Skills: Cash handling, billing, basic accounting, DMS/ERP knowledge, accuracy, customer handling and good communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
