Exon Logistics is looking for an experienced and responsible Branch Incharge to manage and supervise day-to-day branch operations in Faridabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily branch operations efficiently.
- Monitor pickup and delivery activities.
- Supervise and manage branch staff and delivery teams.
- Monitor shipment, dispatch and delivery records.
- Manage COD collection and reconciliation.
- Handle customer complaints and operational issues.
- Monitor team productivity and performance.
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
- Coordinate with Head Office and other branches.
- Ensure company policies, safety and compliance guidelines are followed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduation preferred.
- 2–7 years of experience in Logistics, Courier, E-commerce or Transportation.
- Strong team handling and leadership skills.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
- Target-oriented and responsible approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Salary
₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
