The Chief Admission Officer will be responsible for driving admissions across all branches. The role requires strong leadership, communication, marketing, coordination, and execution skills.

The candidate will work closely with branch administration and admission teams to identify vacant seats, implement admission strategies, conduct admission-related programs, and strengthen the visibility of Gurukul's values and culture among prospective parents and students.

Key Responsibilities1. Branding & Market Visibility

- Promote and communicate the Gurukul's values, culture, education system, and unique offerings in the market.
- Develop and execute branding campaigns through:
- Print Media
- Digital Media
- Social Media
- Video Content
- AI-based Media & Marketing
- Coordinate with creative and media teams to develop videos, campaigns, advertisements, and promotional content.
- Build strong awareness of the Gurukul among parents, students, and the wider community.

2. Admissions & Seat Fulfilment

- Take responsibility for achieving admission targets across all branches.
- Monitor vacant seats and develop strategies to ensure maximum seat utilisation.
- Plan and execute admission drives, campaigns, counselling programs, parent engagement activities, and other admission-related initiatives.
- Track admission enquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and final admissions.
- Analyse branch-wise admission performance and identify areas requiring improvement.

3. Multi-Branch Coordination & Execution

- Coordinate with Administration In-Charges and Admission In-Charges across all branches.
- Ensure admission-related programs and strategies are implemented effectively at branch level.
- Conduct regular reviews with branch teams regarding enquiries, admissions, vacant seats, and conversion performance.
- Provide guidance and support to branch teams for improving admission outcomes.
- Ensure consistent implementation of admission processes and branding strategies across branches.

Requirements





- Age between 32–45 years.
- Relevant experience in admissions, education marketing, branding, business development, or related fields.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple branches and teams.
- Strong understanding of admission conversion and parent engagement.
- Ability to plan and execute admission campaigns and programs.
- Comfortable working with digital media, video content, and contemporary marketing tools.
- Knowledge of AI-based media and marketing tools will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel between branches as required.
- Solid ownership and accountability for admission results.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
