Archies Limited is looking for an Accounts Executive to manage invoice processing, payment tracking, reconciliations, and Quick Commerce backend operations. Quick Commerce experience is a plus!
Location: Naraina Industrial Area, Current Delhi
Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000/month

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Invoice processing and management
✔ Payment tracking and reconciliation across Quick Commerce platforms
✔ Managing Quick Commerce backend operations
✔ Vendor settlements, claims, and payment follow-ups
✔ Credit/debit notes and financial reconciliations
Who We're Looking For:
✔ 2–4 years of experience in accounts, Quick Commerce, retail operations,
or a similar role
✔ Understanding of Quick Commerce operations and reconciliations
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Tally
✔ Knowledge of GST and financial reconciliations
✔ Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
✔ Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
