We are looking for a Patient Relations Officer (PRO) to join our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle patients and attendants professionally and courteously.
- Assist patients with appointments, consultations, diagnostics, and other services.
- Coordinate with doctors, reception, billing, diagnostics, and other departments.
- Address patient queries and complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Collect patient feedback and ensure a positive patient experience.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments, reports, and services.
- Ensure smooth patient flow and minimize waiting time.
- Maintain patient records, feedback, and daily reports.
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
Experience: 1–3 years; healthcare/hospital/clinic experience preferred
Skills: Excellent communication, patient handling, coordination, and interpersonal skills
Pay: ₹9,711.29 - ₹20,000.00 per month
