Work Hours: UK Business Hours - 9:30 am to 5:30 pm/ 2:00pm–10:00pm IST
Compensation: ₹50,000–₹65,000 per month fixed, depending on experience

We are looking for a commercially strong Senior Sales Executive to take ownership of incoming opportunities and convert qualified prospects into clients.
The Role
This is a consultative sales role rather than high-volume cold calling.
You will speak with prospective clients who are considering relatively high-value professional services, understand their circumstances, explain the appropriate service and guide them confidently through the decision-making process.
You will own your pipeline from initial consultation through to conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct sales consultations with prospective clients.
- Understand the prospect’s circumstances, objectives and concerns.
- Present DolceVisa’s services clearly and confidently.
- Manage objections around price, timing and service value.
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients.
- Convert qualified opportunities into paying clients.
- Maintain complete and accurate CRM records.
- Keep every chance updated with clear next actions.
- Manage your own pipeline and priorities.
- Work consistently towards monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates.
- Identify recurring objections and reasons for lost opportunities.
- Feed relevant market and client insights back into the business.
- Work closely with the client-delivery team to ensure accurate handover after conversion.
- Maintain high professional and ethical standards and avoid overpromising services or outcomes.

- Persuasive without being aggressive
- Highly organised with strong follow-up discipline
- Comfortable working towards revenue targets
- Confident speaking with international clients
- Able to build trust quickly over Zoom and telephone
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Experienced with CRM systems and structured sales pipelines
- Proactive rather than someone who needs constant supervision
Equipment expectations: own laptop, stable high-speed internet (with backup, given power/connectivity variability),
quiet space for calls throughout the shift.
Preferred Experience
Ideally, you will have 2+ experience in one or more of:
- Consultative sales
- Professional services
- Immigration or relocation
- Legal services
- Education
- Financial services
- Property
- High-ticket B2C sales
- International client sales
Immigration experience is useful but not essential.
We care more about commercial ability, communication, ownership and the ability to learn quickly.
