We are looking for a *confident, student-focused, and result-oriented Admission Counsellor* to guide prospective students, build meaningful conversations, and drive admissions through personalized counselling.

Key Responsibilities:

* Connect with prospective students and understand their *academic and career aspirations.

* Provide personalized guidance on *courses, eligibility, fees, and admission processes.

* Manage and nurture leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

* Build strong relationships with *students and parents* through effective counselling.

* Follow up with prospective students and convert qualified leads into admissions.

* Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admission status.

* Achieve assigned *admission and conversion targets.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment journey.

Ideal Candidate:





*2+ years* of experience in Admissions, Counselling, Education Sales, EdTech, or a related industry.

* Proven ability to achieve *admission and conversion targets.

* Excellent communication, counselling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Strong student engagement and relationship-building abilities.

* Target-oriented, proactive, and confident in handling prospective students and parents.

* Ability to work effectively in a *fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
