About the Role

DLIFE Home Interiors is looking for a proactive and experienced HR – Talent Acquisition / Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong recruitment experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate candidate databases, recruitment records, and talent pipelines.
- Understand hiring requirements and coordinate closely with hiring managers.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Support onboarding and other HR-related activities as required.
- Use Zoho and other HR/recruitment tools for maintaining recruitment data and records.

Requirements





- 2+ years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, BBA, MBA (HR) or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and candidate management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions and recruitment requirements simultaneously.
- Proactive, organized, and target-oriented approach.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of Zoho software will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
