About the Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Videographer & Short-Form Video Editor to join our team in office. In this role, you will be the backbone of our visual content—responsible for shooting, lighting, capturing clean audio, and editing high-retention short-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts) as well as YouTube long-form content.

All primary production equipment (DSLR camera, professional microphones, lighting setups) is provided in-house. Your goal will be to run production sessions seamlessly and turn raw footage into compelling, platform-optimized vertical and horizontal assets.

Key Responsibilities1. On-Site Production & Direction

- Set up and operate in-house studio gear, including DSLR cameras, wireless lavalier/shotgun microphones, and studio lighting (3-point setup, softboxes, rim lights).
- Direct and record founder/team talking-head videos, behind-the-scenes content, tutorials, and promotional assets.
- Conduct basic still photography when needed (thumbnails, team portraits, website/social media stills).
- Ensure optimal visual composition, color balance, focus, and crisp audio levels during every recording session.

2. Post-Production & Editing

- Cut raw footage into punchy, high-retention Reels and YouTube Shorts (30–60 seconds) designed for daily publishing.
- Edit occasional long-form YouTube videos, ensuring seamless transitions, pacing, and chapter breaks.
- Implement kinetic subtitles, dynamic motion graphics, sound design (SFX), b-roll overlays, and zoom/pacing cuts that align with current platform algorithms.
- Color grade footage and balance/clean up audio tracks (denoising, EQ,



vocal leveling).

3. Asset & Workflow Management

- Coordinate batch-shooting schedules to ensure a consistent pipeline of ready-to-post content across Instagram and YouTube.
- Maintain clean file structures, project backups, and asset archiving across local and cloud drives.
- Care for, manage, and inventory all in-house cameras, lenses, microphones, and lighting accessories.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 1–3+ years of hands-on experience in camera operation (DSLR/Mirrorless) and video editing.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced command of Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro, along with familiarity in After Effects for title animations/motion graphics.
- Short-Form Native: Clear understanding of hook pacing, retention drop-offs, trending formats, and vertical formatting (9:16).
- Audio & Lighting Literacy: Proven understanding of studio lighting techniques and external audio recording/syncing.
- Portfolio Required: A strong portfolio or link tree showcasing raw shooting capability and completed short-form edits (Reels, TikToks, Shorts).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
