The Academic Counselor (Sales) plays a crucial role in guiding students toward the right educational programs while driving sales and enrollment targets for the institution. This position involves counseling prospective students, understanding their academic and career goals, and recommending suitable courses or programs. The role requires excellent communication, persuasion, and customer service skills to ensure students make informed decisions while contributing to the organization's revenue growth.

EDUCATION: MBA OR BTECH

Key Responsibilities:

1. Student Counseling & Guidance:

Interact with prospective students and their parents via phone calls, emails, online chats, and in-person meetings.

Assess students’ educational backgrounds, interests, and career aspirations to recommend suitable programs.

Provide detailed information about courses, eligibility criteria, admission processes, fee structures, and financial aid options.

2. Sales & Enrollment Targets:

Convert leads into enrollments by effectively communicating the value of the institution’s programs.





Follow up with leads through regular calls, messages, and emails to maintain engagement and address queries.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

3. Marketing & Outreach:

Participate in webinars, seminars, and education fairs to attract potential students.

Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and lead generation strategies.

Maintain robust relationships with students, parents, and referral sources to generate repeat business.

4. Administration & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, conversations, and enrollments in the CRM system.

Provide regular reports on lead conversions, sales performance, and student feedback.

Assist in streamlining the admission process for a smooth student onboarding experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
