- End to end Recruitment support to the different clients across PAN India.
- Responsible for Technical Hiring, Lateral & Leadership Hiring
- Sourcing the Talent for Niche positions of MNC Clients
- Conducting initial round of interviews
- Screening & shortlisting the candidates
- Talent sourcing through different tools & portals
- Headhunting
- Salary Negotiation
- Employment ref check
Key Skills
Need good communication skills & basic knowledge of MS Office & Typing.
