This is a hands-on creative role in a fast-moving AI fintech environment, where you will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and business teams and have the opportunity to influence how the company and its products are presented to customers and the broader market.

Role Description :This is a full time on-site role for a UI/UX Designer located in Bangalore, primarily supporting the marketing and brand initiatives at Zenalyst.ai. The role involves creating high-quality visual content across presentations, social media, marketing campaigns, videos, and other digital and print assets. The designer will work closely with the marketing and business teams to develop creative content that communicates the company's brand, products, and ideas effectively.

What You'll Do :

- Design PPT presentations, pitch decks, business presentations, and other presentation materials
- Create social media creatives, posters, banners, carousels, infographics, and marketing collateral
- Create and edit videos, reels, promotional videos, product videos, and other visual content
- Develop creative concepts and visual content for marketing campaigns, events, announcements, and brand initiatives
- Design engaging content for social media platforms and other digital channels
- Create visual assets for website, email campaigns, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing activities
- Translate complex AI, financial, and technology concepts into simple and engaging visual content




- Maintain consistency across all marketing and brand assets in line with the company's visual identity
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and develop creative concepts accordingly
- Work with product and business teams when design support is required for product-related or business initiatives
- Edit and refine designs, presentations, and videos based on stakeholder feedback
- Maintain and organize reusable design templates, assets, and brand materials
- Stay updated with current design, social media, presentation, and visual content trends
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within timelines

What We're Looking For :

- Strong understanding of visual design, graphic design, and UI/UX principles
- Proficiency in Figma, Canva, PowerPoint, and other relevant design tools
- Strong skills in presentation design and visual storytelling
- Experience creating posters, banners, carousels, social media creatives, and marketing collateral
- Experience with video editing and visual content creation
- Strong understanding of typography, colors, layouts, composition, and visual hierarchy
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to understand a brief and translate it into compelling visual content
- Ability to maintain consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity
- Good communication and collaboration skills
