Job Description:

We seek a highly skilled and certified Cloud Infrastructure Solution Architect with expertise in Azure, AWS, and GCP cloud technologies to join our Pre-Sales team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Sovereign Cloud, cloud architecture, cloud migration, and cloud-native solutions with a focus on scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions, drive cloud migration and modernization initiatives, and contribute to the development of best practices for infrastructure automation and cloud governance.

Role:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cloud Infrastructure Design:

- Develop and maintain scalable, reliable, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure architectures.
- Design and implement cloud-based solutions including virtual machines, storage, networking, databases, and other components.
- Experience with both cloud and on-prem architecture design.
- Proven track record of designing and executing successful cloud implementation projects adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

2. Cloud Migration and Modernization:

- Lead cloud migration projects by assessing existing infrastructure and applications for cloud suitability.
- Develop cloud migration strategies, including data migration, application refactoring, and workload optimization.
- Assist in modernizing legacy applications to leverage cloud-native technologies.

3. Cloud Automation:

- Implement automation solutions using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation for streamlined infrastructure provisioning and management.




- Develop and maintain configuration management scripts and templates.

4. DevOps Strategies:

- Design and develop DevOps strategies aligned with customer business objectives.
- Create CI/CD pipelines to streamline software development and delivery.
- Understand and incorporate DevOps and DevSecOps practices.

5. Technical Consultation:

- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to design and implement cloud-native applications.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) based on current and latest services.
- Support evaluation/Proof of Concept (POC) processes.

6. Cloud Governance and Compliance:

- Establish and maintain cloud governance frameworks and policies to ensure compliance with security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, HIPAA).
- Ensure adherence to compliance requirements in cloud environments.

7. Customer Engagement:

- Engage with customers to understand their current infrastructure and propose cloud native solutions.
- Present technical solutions and business benefits to various external stakeholders, including senior executives.
- Collaborate with sales and internal teams to develop scope of work documents, proposals, and pricing requirements.

8. Collaboration:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including FinOps, Delivery, and Implementation teams on pricing and technical validation.




- Assist with developing and documenting cloud governance processes and tools. Mandatory Skills:
- Strong expertise in Cloud Migration, Cloud Networking, Kubernetes. • Proven experience with Azure and GCP core services, networking, storage, compute, and security.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automation and configuration management.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation.
- Google Distributed Cloud (GDC) & Sovereign Cloud: In-depth knowledge of Google Distributed Cloud (GDC) architecture and digital/sovereign cloud requirements (data, operational, and software sovereignty). Hands-on experience or familiarity with GDC integrated services including Vertex AI, GKE, Databases, and Storage. Understanding of deployment and management across connected and air-gapped GDC environments.

Desirable Skills:

- Experience with sovereign cloud, cloud architecture, cloud migration, network infrastructure management, and distributed systems.
- Knowledge of DevOps, DevSecOps, and serverless technologies.
- Strong understanding of cloud governance and compliance frameworks.

Qualifications:

- Certified Architect in Azure or GCP cloud technologies.
- Azure/AWS/GCP certifications preferred.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks methodically.
