Position Summary

MedIntelx is looking for a hands-on Full Stack Engineer to develop, modernize, and support Case Management and Utilization Management applications. The role involves refactoring legacy applications, building new functionality, and supporting complex user workflows using modern Microsoft and Azure technologies.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in building scalable enterprise applications and delivering high-quality user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Modernize and enhance existing applications and workflows.
- Build user-facing features and business process workflows.
- Develop backend services, APIs, and database components.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and improve application performance, reliability, and scalability.

Required Qualifications

- 5–7 years of experience in full-stack application development.
- Solid experience with C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core.
- Strong experience developing modern web applications using Angular (v22+), TypeScript,



and JavaScript.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Strong SQL Server development skills, including stored procedures, functions, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Experience with Azure Functions, Durable Functions, and orchestration patterns.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience developing healthcare applications and working with claims, enrollment, provider, member, and clinical data.
- Experience developing Prior Authorization or Utilization Management solutions.
- Knowledge of FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) standards and healthcare interoperability.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and Git.
- Experience with Azure CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with SSRS report development.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
