GILS Pvt Ltd – Girish Group of Companies is hiring an HR Recruiter for our Baramati location.

This chance is suitable for freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are interested in recruitment and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and understand candidate profiles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews and joining.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment MIS in Excel.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding hiring requirements.
- Assist with joining formalities and HR documentation.

Required Skills:





- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Basic MS Excel knowledge.
- Willingness to learn HR recruitment processes.

Qualification:

BBA / MBA / PGDM in HR or relevant qualification.

Experience:

Freshers to 1 year of relevant experience.

Location:

Baramati, Maharashtra.

Candidates from nearby locations who are willing to relocate to Baramati may also apply.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
