Job Summary

KIMS Super Speciality Hospital is looking for a dedicated and experienced Infection Control Nurse (ICN) to support the hospital's Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) program and ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection-control protocols, and NABH standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and implement Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) practices across all hospital departments.
- Conduct regular infection control rounds and surveillance in clinical and non-clinical areas.
- Monitor hand hygiene compliance, PPE usage, biomedical waste management, sterilization and disinfection practices.
- Monitor and report Hospital-Acquired Infections (HAIs) and maintain appropriate records.
- Assist in infection surveillance, data collection, analysis and reporting.
- Conduct regular audits related to infection control and prepare audit reports.
- Monitor CSSD, OT, ICU, wards, OPD, laboratory and other high-risk areas for compliance with infection-control protocols.
