HR Associate
Your insights can redefine how we manage talent. Join us as an HR Associate and play an significant role in supporting our people and business across India. You will manage key activities throughout the employee lifecycle, act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, and work closely with business leaders and regional HR partners to deliver effective HR support. From employee relations and onboarding to HRMS, payroll coordination, background checks, reporting, and process improvement, you will help ensure our HR operations remain accurate, compliant, and aligned with global standards.
What Youll Be Doing
- End-to-End HR Support: Manage the employee lifecycle for India, from onboarding through to exit, including generating offer letters, updating the HRMS, and preparing exit documentation.
- Employee & Manager Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers, responding to HR queries and requests promptly while maintaining confidentiality.
- Employee Relations: Support disciplinary matters, grievances, performance issues, and terminations in line with applicable policies and procedures.
- Business Partnership: Provide operational and strategic HR guidance to business leaders and collaborate closely with the Regional HR Business Partner.
- HRMS & Payroll: Maintain accurate employee records within the HRMS and ensure payroll inputs are submitted accurately and on time.
- Onboarding Coordination: Work closely with Administration and other internal teams to ensure a smooth and timely onboarding experience for new hires.
- Background Checks: Initiate and monitor candidate background checks through the vendor portal and promptly report challenges, discrepancies, or observations to the HR Business Partner.
- Reporting: Prepare and publish monthly productivity and KPI reports to support informed decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and implement improvements that enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Global Collaboration: Align local HR practices with global standards and contribute to HR initiatives across locations.
- Additional Responsibilities: Undertake other HR-related duties as directed by the HR Business Partner.

What Were Looking For
- Qualification: Graduate qualification with a specialisation in Human Resources, with an MBA in HR preferred.
- HR Operations Experience: One to three years of relevant experience in India HR Operations, ideally within a similar HR role.
- HR Knowledge: Good understanding of HR principles, practices, policies, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Employment Practices: Good knowledge of relevant employment practices and the ability to apply HR policies appropriately.
- Organisation & Prioritisation: Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan, prioritise, multitask, and manage competing responsibilities effectively.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally with employees and stakeholders at all levels.
- Employee Support: Solid listening and counselling skills, with the ability to approach challenging or sensitive workplace situations professionally and constructively.
- Self-Management:
Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own workload effectively with minimal supervision.
- Confidentiality & Integrity: Ability to handle personal, employee, and company information with discretion, honesty, integrity, maturity, and empathy.
