About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented Team Leader – Sales to lead an outbound sales team handling US/Canada-based customers. The role involves driving lead generation, improving conversions, achieving sales targets, coaching team members, and maximizing the number of closed cases.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage, and motivate the outbound sales team to achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, conversion rates and quality metrics.
- Ensure the generation of genuine and productive leads through outbound calls.
- Drive maximum conversions and closed cases through effective sales strategies.
- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance guidance to team members.
- Handle customer objections, escalations, and complex queries effectively.
- Monitor calls and ensure adherence to quality standards, scripts and SOPs.
- Ensure accurate and timely updating of customer interactions and lead details in the system.
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
- Prepare and share regular performance reports with management.




- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Support the team in achieving process-specific KPIs and business objectives.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in an International BPO/Sales environment with prior team-handling experience preferred.
- Strong experience in outbound sales and lead generation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of US/Canada customer handling and sales processes.
- Strong objection handling, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/call management systems.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience with US/UK accent and international voice processes will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
