Position: Sales Executive
Department: Sales & Marketing
Job Location: Manmangalam, Karur
Experience: 1–5 Years
Salary Range: ₹13,000 – ₹16,000 per month

Job Purpose

To generate new business opportunities, develop customer relationships and support achievement of company sales targets for home-textile products.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new customers and sales opportunities.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, digital platforms and market research.
- Introduce company products to prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate quotations.
- Follow up enquiries, quotations, samples and orders.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers.
- Coordinate with Merchandising, Production and Dispatch teams.
- Maintain customer and sales follow-up records.
- Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up customer payments where required.




- Analyse customer requirements and market opportunities.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management.

Required Skills

Sales communication, lead generation, customer follow-up, negotiation, MS Excel, email communication, presentation and relationship management.

Qualification: Any Degree; MBA/Marketing qualification preferred.

Candidate Location Requirement

Candidates from Karur and surrounding Karur areas only should apply.

Preference: Candidates with textile/home-textile sales experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
