Synivo is looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Marketing Executive to manage our social media presence and create engaging digital content.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on skills in Reels creation, video editing, social media content creation, and social media management.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, edit and publish Instagram Reels and short-form videos
- Create social media posts, carousels and stories
- Manage Synivo's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Plan and maintain a social media content calendar
- Write engaging captions and social media copy
- Research trending content, audio, hashtags and formats
- Handle regular posting and day-to-day social media activities
- Monitor social media engagement, reach and performance
- Develop creative content ideas to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices
Required Skills
- Strong skills in Reels and short-form video creation
- Good video editing skills
- Experience creating social media content
- Knowledge of Canva or similar design tools
- Experience with CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro or similar video editing software
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Strong creative and visual sense
- Positive communication and writing skills
- Ability to independently manage social media accounts
Preferred Candidate
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation or a related field
- Candidates with a portfolio of Reels, videos or social media work will be preferred
- Ability to identify trends and convert them into engaging content
- Creative, organised, and willing to take ownership of social media activities
