* Interior Construction & Technical Documentation including Working Drawings

* Materials, Finishes & Applications

* Furniture, Lighting, Sustainability

* Interior Styling & Experience Design

* Professional Practice & Project Management – Estimation, Costing, BOQ, Specifications, Client & Site Coordination and Professional Practice

* Design Thinking, Research & Portfolio Development

* Digital Design, Visualization & Emerging Technologies

SOFTWARE EXPERTISE

Proficiency in relevant design and visualization software such as:

AutoCAD | SketchUp | Revit | 3ds Max | V-Ray | Enscape | D5 Render | Lumion | Photoshop | Illustrator | InDesign

Knowledge of AI-assisted design, visualization and creative workflows will be an added advantage.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

Essential:





* Bachelor's / Master's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, Design or a related discipline

* Strong expertise in one or more Interior Design subject areas

* Good communication and presentation skills

Preferred:

* Master's qualification in a relevant discipline

* Prior teaching / academic experience

* Skilled experience in Interior Design / Architecture / Design practice

* Experience in studio-based teaching, juries, workshops or industry projects

* Strong professional / academic portfolio
