About the Role
We are looking for a Petpooja Software Executive with practical experience in handling Petpooja POS and restaurant management software.
The candidate will be responsible for managing daily software operations, menu updates, product details, pricing, billing, reports, and coordination with the support team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Petpooja software and POS operations on a daily basis.
- Create and update items, categories, subcategories, and product details.
- Manage product pricing and menu updates.
- Maintain accurate billing and POS-related information.
- Manage multiple outlet menus and software settings.
- Update new products and make required changes to existing products.
- Check and maintain sales and item-wise reports.
- Coordinate with the Petpooja support team for software-related issues.
- Identify and resolve routine software and system-related issues.
- Ensure all required menu, pricing,
and product changes are updated accurately.
- Maintain proper records of software updates and changes.
- Coordinate with management regarding daily software and billing requirements.
Requirements
- Previous hands-on experience with Petpooja is required.
- Good knowledge of Petpooja POS and restaurant management software.
- Experience with menu creation, category management, item mapping, and pricing.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and software-related responsibilities.
- Experience handling multiple outlets will be an added advantage.
