Position Title: Production Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

- Process Optimization:
- Analyze production data to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize manufacturing processes, improve product quality, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Production Management:
- Oversee daily production activities to meet production targets while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper communication and smooth production flow.
- Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure all production activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement safety procedures for the plant's operations.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in process efficiency, product quality, and resource utilization.
- Implement best practices in chemical manufacturing and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends.




- Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans for the DCS and related equipment to avoid unplanned shutdowns.
- Work with the maintenance team to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Prepare detailed reports on production performance, process deviations, and corrective actions taken.
- Maintain accurate records of all DCS configurations, modifications, and maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a production engineering role within the chemical manufacturing industry, with hands-on experience using Yokogawa DCS systems.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in using Yokogawa DCS systems for process control and automation.
- Robust knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance in chemical plants.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹6,500,000.00 per year
