Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Retail Asset Auditor to conduct audits of retail lending products and assess adherence to internal policies, credit guidelines, regulatory requirements, and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct audits of Commercial Vehicle Loans, Commercial Equipment Loans, Auto Loans, Inventory Funding, Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP).
- Review the complete loan lifecycle, including:
- Customer sourcing and onboarding
- Credit appraisal and underwriting
- Sanction and approval processes
- Documentation and loan disbursement
- Post-disbursement monitoring
- Repayment and account monitoring
- Evaluate compliance with internal credit policies, processes, SOPs and applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Identify process gaps, control weaknesses, deviations and potential risks.
- Verify the adequacy and completeness of loan documentation and supporting records.
- Review adherence to sanction terms and conditions.




- Prepare audit observations and discuss findings with relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing audit reports and tracking corrective actions/closure of audit observations.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4+ years of relevant experience in Retail Asset Audit, Credit Audit, Lending Audit or related functions.
- Strong understanding of retail lending and credit processes.
- Experience in auditing vehicle loans, equipment loans, auto loans, inventory funding, home loans and/or LAP.
- Knowledge of credit appraisal, documentation, disbursement and post-disbursement processes.
- Good understanding of internal controls, risk assessment and compliance requirements.
- Robust analytical, documentation and report-writing skills.
- Ability to independently execute audit assignments and interact with business stakeholders.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
