We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager to generate new business for our warehousing and 3PL services. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, handling client meetings, and converting business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and business opportunities for warehousing and 3PL services.
- Identify and approach potential customers across different industries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Understand customer requirements related to warehousing, storage, distribution and logistics.
- Prepare commercial proposals and coordinate with the operations team for solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and business negotiations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up on quotations and convert leads into business.
- Maintain sales reports, pipeline and customer records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of new clients.
Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse, logistics and 3PL services.
- Ability to generate leads independently.
- Good client relationship and presentation skills.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic CRM tools.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
