To manage the day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensure smooth business operations, achieve sales targets, maintain customer satisfaction, and ensure proper staff, stock, cash, hygiene, and operational controls.

### Key Responsibilities

**1. Outlet Operations**

* Manage the overall daily operations of the outlet.

* Ensure the outlet opens and closes on time.

* Maintain proper cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.

* Ensure all operational procedures and company guidelines are followed.

* Coordinate with the Area Manager and Head Office for operational requirements.

**2. Sales & Business**

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

* Monitor outlet sales and identify opportunities to improve revenue.

* Promote cakes, pastries, beverages, and other products.

* Follow up on customer orders and corporate/bulk orders.

* Monitor product movement and minimize sales loss.

**3. Staff Management**

* Allocate duties and shifts to outlet staff.

* Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and performance.

* Train and guide staff on customer service and outlet procedures.

* Manage staff discipline and report serious issues to the Area Manager/HR.

* Ensure sufficient manpower during peak hours.

**4. Stock Management**

* Monitor daily stock levels and product availability.

* Check incoming stock against invoices/delivery documents.

* Maintain proper stock rotation using FIFO.

* Monitor wastage, damages, shortages, and expiry.

* Raise stock requirements on time to avoid product shortages.

**5. Cash & Billing**

* Ensure proper billing and cash-handling procedures.

* Verify daily cash collection and submit reports as per company procedure.

* Monitor card/UPI/online payments and report discrepancies immediately.

* Ensure discounts, refunds, and complimentary purchases are processed only with proper authorization.

Customer Service**

* Ensure excellent customer service at all times.

* Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues within authority.

* Collect customer feedback and communicate significant issues to management.

* Maintain proper customer interaction and outlet standards.

**7. Hygiene & Food Safety**

* Ensure the outlet maintains required hygiene and food-safety standards.

* Check product display, storage temperature, expiry dates, and cleanliness.

* Ensure staff follow proper personal hygiene and grooming standards.

* Immediately report any food-quality or safety concerns.

**8. Reporting & Documentation**

* Submit daily sales and operational reports.

* Maintain attendance, stock, wastage, cash, and other required records.

* Report outlet issues related to equipment, maintenance, manpower, stock, or sales.

* Coordinate with accounts, HR, production, delivery, and other departments when required.

### Qualification & Experience

* Minimum Degree preferred.

* Previous experience in bakery, food & beverage, retail, or outlet operations preferred.

* manager experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
