Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Storekeeper to manage day-to-day store operations, including receipt, storage, inventory control, and issue of raw materials, packing materials, finished goods, and other store items.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and verify incoming raw materials, packing materials, chemicals, and other items.
- Handle and coordinate day-to-day dispatch activities, including material preparation, packing, loading, dispatch documentation, and ensuring timely dispatch of materials to customers.
- Check quantity, material condition, batch number, and relevant documents during receipt.
- Maintain proper storage and identification of materials.
- Issue materials to Production, QC, Maintenance, and other departments as per requirements.
- Maintain accurate stock registers, inventory records, GRN, material issue/receipt records.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile differences.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and inform the concerned department about shortages.
- Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and safe storage of materials.




- Ensure hazardous/chemical materials are stored as per company safety procedures.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QC, Accounts, and other departments.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and inspections.
- Follow company SOPs, safety procedures, and statutory requirements.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of inventory and store management.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate stock records.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of ERP/software for inventory management will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of chemical/raw material storage and safety will be preferred.

Qualification

- 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate.
- Candidates from Chemistry background will be preffered.
- Candidates with relevant storekeeping experience in a chemical or manufacturing company will be preferred.

Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
Freshers with good knowledge of MS Excel and willingness to learn may also be considered.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
