URGENT HIRING – TELECALLER TEAM MANAGER

**Position:** Telecaller Team Manager

**Location:** Sector 135, Noida

**Experience:** 3–5 Years

**Industry:** Real Estate Experience **Mandatory**

**Salary:** ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 + Incentives

**Shift Timing:** 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

**Weekly Off:** Tuesday

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor the Telecaller team.
- Set daily/weekly calling and sales targets.
- Train, guide, and motivate team members to achieve targets.
- Handle clients and maintain strong client relationships.
- Manage and coordinate sales meetings with clients.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion.
- Track team performance and prepare sales reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and site visits.
- Handle client and team-related issues professionally.

Required Skills

- **3–5 years of relevant experience.**
- **Real Estate experience is mandatory.**
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of real estate sales and lead management.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Solid follow-up and client-handling skills.





Candidate Profile

- Prior experience managing a **Real Estate Telecalling Team** will be preferred.
- Should be confident, presentable, and capable of handling clients independently.

Experience:
