- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service information.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate with customers, and support order closure.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers to achieve sales targets.
- Update customer details, leads, quotations, and sales activities in CRM/records.
