Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Chinese Cook with 3–4 years of relevant experience in a hotel or restaurant. The candidate should have good knowledge of Chinese cuisine, cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare a variety of Chinese dishes as per hotel standards and recipes.
- Handle daily food preparation and mise en place.
- Prepare dishes such as noodles, fried rice, soups, sauces, stir-fried dishes, and other Chinese preparations.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and portion size.
- Maintain proper food hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Monitor food quality, freshness, and wastage.
- Follow standard recipes and portion-control procedures.
- Ensure timely preparation of food during service hours.




- Coordinate with other kitchen team members for smooth operations.
- Maintain proper storage and handling of ingredients.
- Follow hotel food safety and kitchen SOPs.

Requirements

- 3–4 years of relevant experience as a Chinese Cook.
- Previous experience in a hotel/restaurant/hospitality environment preferred.
- Good knowledge of Chinese cuisine and cooking methods.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
