Job Title: Relationship Manager - MF Collections

Job Description:

- Manage MF collection activities and achieve monthly collection targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with customers for timely payments, renewals and overdue collections.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment and service-related issues.
- Maintain accurate collection records and ensure timely reporting.
- Support customer retention and identify opportunities for additional business.

Candidate Profile:

- 1-5 years of relevant experience in sales/collections, preferably in Banking or Financial Services.
- Strong communication, relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with positive follow-up and customer-handling abilities.
- Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.
