- Drive the organization's vehicle safely and responsibly as assigned.
- Provide transportation to management, staff, and authorized personnel for official purposes.
- Transport official documents, files, materials, and other items as required.
- Attend official errands such as banks, government offices, courier services, and other authorized locations.
- Ensure timely arrival and departure as per the assigned schedule.
- Maintain the cleanliness and basic hygiene of the vehicle.
- Conduct routine checks of fuel, tyres, brakes, lights, engine oil, and other essential vehicle functions.
- Report any vehicle defects, breakdowns, or maintenance requirements to the concerned authority.
- Maintain records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, trips, and maintenance as required.
- Ensure all vehicle documents, including insurance, registration, pollution certificate, and other applicable documents, are valid.
- Follow all traffic rules and road safety regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding official documents and organizational matters.
- Assist with loading and unloading of files, documents, or materials when required.
- Ensure the vehicle is parked safely and securely when not in use.
- Report any accidents, traffic violations, or incidents immediately to the concerned authority.
- Perform other driving and administrative duties assigned by the management.
Qualification
- Minimum 10th standard or equivalent.
- Valid driving licence appropriate for the assigned vehicle.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant driving experience preferred.
- Experience as an office or company driver will be an advantage.
