About the Role:

Innoture Digital Edge is looking for an experienced and passionate RPA with Generative AI Trainer to conduct live online, practical, and industry-oriented training programs for students and working professionals.

The ideal candidate should be able to explain Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Intelligent Automation, Artificial Intelligence, and Generative AI concepts from fundamentals to advanced levels, with hands-on exercises, real-world business use cases, automation workflows, and practical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct live online RPA and Generative AI training sessions.
- Explain RPA concepts from fundamentals to advanced topics.
- Teach automation workflows and business process automation.
- Provide hands-on training using RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Microsoft Power Automate.
- Teach workflow design, variables, data handling, conditions, loops, and exception handling.
- Explain UI automation, web automation, desktop automation, and application integration.
- Provide practical training on Excel automation, email automation, document processing, and data extraction.
- Teach RPA bot development, scheduling, monitoring, debugging, and deployment.
- Introduce Generative AI concepts and their applications in intelligent automation.
- Demonstrate how LLMs and AI APIs can enhance RPA workflows.
- Teach AI-powered document processing, text generation, classification, summarization, and data extraction.




- Guide students in building intelligent automation solutions using RPA and Generative AI.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations, practical exercises, and real-world business use cases.
- Guide students through RPA, Intelligent Automation, and Generative AI projects.
- Explain automation security, bot management, debugging, and best practices.
- Resolve student doubts and provide technical guidance.
- Support students with project implementation and interview preparation.
- Maintain an interactive and engaging online learning environment.

Requirements:

- Strong practical knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
- Hands-on experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Automate, or similar RPA platforms.
- Good understanding of workflow automation and business process automation.
- Experience with variables, loops, conditions, exception handling, debugging, and automation workflows.
- Knowledge of Excel, email, web, desktop, and document automation.
- Understanding of APIs and application integration is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM technologies.
- Knowledge of AI APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, or similar platforms is preferred.




- Understanding of AI-powered document processing and intelligent automation.
- Knowledge of Python, SQL, or scripting is an added advantage.
- Understanding of RPA bot deployment, scheduling, monitoring, and security.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to beginners and working professionals.
- Prior online training or teaching experience is preferred.
- Industry experience in RPA, Intelligent Automation, AI, or Generative AI is an added advantage.
