Position: Solar Open Access Operational Manager

Experience: 3+ Years
CTC: Up to ₹20 LPA
Industry: Solar / Renewable Energy
Current work Location: Solapur -Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage operational readiness during the erection, testing, commissioning, and handover of solar power projects.
- Coordinate with EPC contractors, vendors, consultants, site teams, DISCOMs, SLDC, STU, and other statutory authorities.
- Support Open Access project execution, synchronization, and Commercial Operation Date (COD) activities.
- Oversee HT/LT systems, switchyard works, transmission connectivity, and evacuation infrastructure.
- Ensure timely project execution while maintaining quality, safety, regulatory compliance, and project documentation.
- Drive vendor coordination, issue resolution, and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Solar EPC, Project Execution, Commissioning, Operations, or O&M.;
- Hands-on experience in Utility Scale, Ground Mounted, C&I;, or Open Access Solar Projects.




- Strong knowledge of Solar Plant Erection, HT/LT Systems, Switchyard, SCADA, Open Access, DISCOM Coordination, and Commissioning.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
