Shift: 8.00 PM TO 5.00 AM ( NIGH SHIFT)

Experience Required: 3 to 7 Years

Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹80,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Representative to handle customer queries and provide effective support through various communication channels. The ideal candidate should have good French and English communication skills with relevant experience in customer service or customer support.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Communicate with customers in French and English through calls, emails, and other support channels.
- Understand customer requirements and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Record customer interactions and update relevant information in CRM/tools.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.




- Follow defined processes, quality standards, and service-level requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Required Skills

- Fluent French communication skills – written and verbal.
- Positive English communication skills.
- 3–7 years of experience in Customer Service / Customer Support / French Process / International Voice Process.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused approach with professional communication.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and customer support tools.
- Comfortable working in a night-shift environment.
