JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in Xero, QuickBooks, US Payroll, and US Taxation & Compliance. The role involves managing end-to-end accounting, payroll processing, and tax compliance for US and UK based clients, including the preparation and filing of income tax returns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounting & Bookkeeping





● Manage bookkeeping for US and UK clients using Xero and QuickBooks

● Pass journal entries and complete month-end / year-end closing

● Prepare financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

US Payroll

● Process US payroll (weekly / bi-weekly / monthly)

● Manage payroll tax filings (Forms 941, 940) and W-2 / 1099

● Work on payroll platforms such as Gusto, ADP, and Paychex

US Taxation & Compliance

● Prepare and file Individual Tax Returns (Form 1040)

● Prepare business tax returns (Forms 1120, 1120S, 1065)

● Ensure IRS compliance and timely filings

What We're Looking For

● 2–5 years' relevant US accounting / tax experience

● Robust command of Xero, QuickBooks & payroll platforms

● Excellent attention to detail and client communication
