ROKKA OVERSEAS is expanding its procurement and international trading operations and is looking for a motivated Purchase Executive – Pharma / Medical Products to join our team in Vadodara, Gujarat.

Experience: 2–5 Years

CTC: Competitive / Based on experience and interview

Key Responsibilities

- Handle procurement of pharmaceutical and medical products for import and export.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable domestic and international suppliers.
- Coordinate with manufacturers, vendors, and suppliers for product availability and commercial terms.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, lead times, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate import/export documentation and support customs and regulatory requirements.
- Track shipments and ensure timely availability and delivery of products.
- Maintain procurement records, supplier information, quotations, and purchase orders.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with internal teams to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Prepare reports related to procurement, supplier performance, pricing, and costs.
- Monitor market trends, product availability, and new sourcing opportunities.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.




- 2–5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical / medical product procurement.
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products and suppliers.
- Import–Export knowledge and experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Excel.
- Should be tech-savvy, proactive, and comfortable working with digital tools and systems.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
