Job Summary

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to coordinate and manage day-to-day logistics operations, communicate with customers, drivers, transporters, and internal teams, and ensure shipments are delivered smoothly and on time.

The role involves regular calling, coordination, follow-ups, tracking shipments, and maintaining records.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate with drivers, transporters, customers, and vendors regarding shipments and deliveries.

* Make outbound and receive inbound calls for shipment updates, delivery coordination, and follow-ups.

* Track shipments and provide timely updates regarding delivery status.

* Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules.

* Follow up with drivers and transportation partners to ensure timely movement of shipments.

* Handle delays, delivery issues, cancellations, and other operational queries.

* Maintain accurate records of shipments, calls, delivery status, and follow-ups.

* Communicate any delays or operational issues to the concerned team.

* Coordinate with internal departments to resolve logistics-related issues.

* Ensure proper documentation and timely updating of logistics information.

* Maintain professional communication with customers and business partners.

* Meet daily productivity, calling, follow-ups.

Eligibility

* 12th pass.

* Candidates with experience in logistics and transportation will be an advantage.

Working Setting

This is primarily a desk-based/calling and coordination role. The candidate will regularly communicate with customers, drivers, transporters, and internal teams through phone calls, email, and other communication channels.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
