- Handle inbound & outbound calls with prospective learners
- Understand career goals and recommend suitable programs
- Explain courses, curriculum & career outcomes
- Manage the complete admission & enrollment process
- Follow up with leads and maintain CRM records
- Achieve weekly & monthly admission targets
Requirements
- Solid communication & interpersonal skills
- Confident with high-volume outbound calling
- Strong persuasion & negotiation skills
- Target-oriented approach
- Experience in EdTech, Inside Sales, Counselling, Insurance, Retail, Banking or Telecalling
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
