We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and converting leads into customers. The candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills with a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate current leads through calls, emails, and field visits
- Present and explain products/services to potential clients
- Convert leads into sales and achieve targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain sales records and update CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
- Prepare sales reports and performance updates

Required Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation and convincing ability
- Basic knowledge of sales processes and techniques
- Ability to work under targets
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)

Experience:

- 2 years of experience in sales (Freshers can also apply)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
