* Graduate / MBA in Retail, Sales, Operations or relevant discipline.
* 2 to 3 years of experience as an Area Sales / Retail Manager in Apparel, Footwear, Spectacles or related retail businesses.
* Strong experience managing 7 to 10+ COCO (Company Owned Company Operated) stores.
* Experience managing sales, profitability, team performance and store operations across multiple locations.
* Strong experience in training and motivating store teams to achieve business targets.
* Experience in store-level recruitment and team management.
* Strong analytical skills with hands-on knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
* Robust communication and people management skills.
* High willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory, approximately 12 to 15 days per month.
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
