Summary

A seasoned Electrician (8‑10 years) will support production engineering processes, ensuring high‑quality output and secure operation of all electrical systems in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment including inverters, UPS, AC/DC drives, HTLT panels, and servo drives.
- Monitor production equipment daily, conducting predictive and preventive maintenance per manufacturer recommendations.
- Optimize utilization of power‑house, generator room, and M & E panels to achieve cost‑effective production.
- Liaise with vendors and the Facility Engineer/AFM to source raw‑material‑specific equipment and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, shift handovers, and production equipment status.
- Support pre‑production, live‑class, and post‑production stages by ensuring electrical systems are ready and reliable.
- Collaborate with production planners, shift supervisors, and quality managers to meet schedule and quality targets.
- Identify and implement process improvements that increase equipment uptime and production capacity.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with statutory and customer quality standards.





Required Experience & Skills

- 8–10 years of hands‑on experience in industrial electrical work, preferably in FMCG or similar high‑volume manufacturing.
- Proven track record of troubleshooting complex electrical faults and implementing corrective actions.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, M & E systems, and power distribution (transformers, UPS, lifts).
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and maintenance plans.
- Experience coordinating with cross‑functional teams and providing clear feedback to improve site performance.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure to meet production targets.

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma/ITI in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Exposure to production planning, budgeting, and resource optimization.
- Familiarity with predictive maintenance software and industry best practices.

Working Conditions
