Job Overview

IPCS Global is looking for a Telecaller to handle incoming calls and identify whether the inquiries are genuine and relevant leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend incoming calls from students and customers.
- Understand the caller’s requirements and provide basic information.
- Check and identify the quality and relevance of leads.
- Collect necessary details from interested candidates.
- Encourage interested candidates to visit the office for a walk-in.
- Forward qualified leads to the concerned team for further follow-up.
- Maintain basic call and lead records.
- Communicate politely and professionally with callers.

Requirements

- Positive communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Malayalam and English.
- Friendly and professional telephone manner.
- Freshers can apply.
- Previous telecalling/customer service experience is an advantage.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
