HR Yaar is looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our recruitment team and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring.
What You'll Do
- Source and pool candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to shortlist suitable profiles
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients
- Maintain and update the candidate database and applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Draft and post job advertisements across relevant platforms
- Assist the recruitment team with day-to-day operations and admin tasks
- Support candidate communication (sending updates, follow-ups, and interview reminders)
- Help prepare recruitment reports and tracker summaries as needed
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology,
or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-focused workplace
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with LinkedIn or job portals is a plus
- Eager to learn and a genuine interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
