Robotic Engineer – Weld Shop Automation
Location: Hosur, Bangalore

Job Summary
We are hiring skilled Robotic Engineers for weld shop automation operations in a leading manufacturing workplace. The role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting industrial robotic systems to ensure uninterrupted production and process efficiency.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience working with industrial robots such as KUKA, Yaskawa, Panasonic, and FANUC robots used in automated welding and assembly operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial robots and automation systems in weld shop operations
- Handle robot breakdowns and ensure minimum downtime in production lines
- Diagnose faults related to robot controllers, teach pendants, servo drives, and communication systems
- Support robot programming modifications, backup restoration, and parameter settings
- Ensure robot calibration, positioning accuracy, and cycle-time optimization
- Coordinate with welding, maintenance, and production teams for smooth robotic operations
- Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance activities for robotic systems
- Maintain maintenance logs, fault reports, and shift documentation




- Ensure compliance with safety standards while handling robotic equipment

Eligibility Criteria

- Diploma (Electrical/Mechanical) / BE (EEE/Mechanical) / B.Tech
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in robotic maintenance, preferably in weld shop automation
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience in FANUC robot troubleshooting, along with exposure to KUKA, Yaskawa, or Panasonic robots
- Knowledge of robotic programming and automation systems will be an added advantage
- Candidates willing to work in rotational shifts preferred
