About ZETO

ZETO is an electric mobility company providing EV scooter rental solutions to gig delivery partners, businesses, and individual users. We are looking for an Operations Executive – Renewal Team to manage rider subscription renewals, payment follow-ups, customer coordination, and daily renewal operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly scooter rental renewals.
- Contact riders before subscription expiry and ensure timely renewal.
- Follow up with riders for pending rental payments and outstanding dues.
- Maintain daily records of renewed, pending, overdue, and non-renewed riders.
- Coordinate with riders through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Update renewal and payment status accurately in the CRM/dashboard.
- Generate and share daily renewal and collection reports with management.
- Coordinate with Hub, Operations, Recovery, and Accounts teams for pending cases.
- Identify riders at risk of non-renewal and take timely follow-up action.




- Handle basic rider queries related to rental plans, payments, renewal dates, and subscriptions.
- Escalate long-pending payments and non-responsive riders to the concerned team.
- Work toward achieving daily and monthly renewal and collection targets.
- Maintain professional communication and provide a smooth rider experience.

Candidate Requirements

- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 0–2 years; freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and Punjabi; basic English preferred.
- Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and CRM systems.
- Good coordination, record-keeping, and problem-solving skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
