We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern with a strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment. This internship will offer hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes and a chance to work closely with experienced HR professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (70% focus):
- Assist in sourcing candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Draft job descriptions, JD postings, and recruitment-related communications.
- Assist in campus hiring and walk-in drives.
- Maintain candidate database and prepare recruitment status reports.
Other HR Support Activities (30% focus):
- Assist in onboarding and induction processes.
- Help with employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain HR documents and support data entry tasks.
- Support in creating HR reports and presentations.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM/BBA in HR or related field.
- Strong interest in recruitment and human resources functions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
