Job Title: Operation Theatre (OT) STAFF NURSE

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated OT STAFF NURSE to assist in surgical procedures and ensure smooth functioning of the operation theatre. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining sterile conditions, preparing surgical instruments, and supporting doctors and nursing staff during operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain the operation theatre before, during, and after surgeries
- Ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are sterilized and ready for use
- Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and nurses during procedures
- Handle OT equipment and ensure proper functioning
- Maintain strict infection control and safety protocols
- Manage surgical supplies and inventory
- Ensure proper disposal of biomedical waste
- Support emergency procedures when required

Requirements:





- Diploma / Certification in Operation Theatre Technology
- 1–3 years of experience in OT (Freshers can be considered)
- Knowledge of sterilization and infection control practices
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Good communication and teamwork skills
