Job Summary

We are looking for responsible, hardworking, and sincere staff to join our T-shirt manufacturing company in Lake Town, Kolkata.

The selected candidates will be responsible for T-shirt packaging, assisting in printing work, quality checking, order preparation, and dispatching customer orders.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates should be willing to learn, work as part of a team, and handle daily production and order-related activities responsibly.

Key Responsibilities

- Folding and packing T-shirts as per company requirements.
- Assisting with T-shirt printing and printing-related work.
- Checking T-shirts for basic quality issues before packing.
- Sorting T-shirts according to size, colour, design, and order requirements.
- Preparing customer orders for dispatch.
- Counting and verifying products before shipment.
- Labelling, tagging, and packing orders correctly.
- Coordinating with the production and dispatch team.
- Maintaining records of packed and dispatched orders.
- Ensuring orders are prepared accurately and on time.




- Maintaining cleanliness and proper organization of the workplace.
- Handling T-shirts and materials carefully to avoid damage or wastage.
- Following company instructions and production procedures.
- Supporting other production and order-related activities when required.

Eligibility / Qualifications

- 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Graduate candidates can apply.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of English is required.
- Candidates should be able to read and understand basic English instructions.
- Basic computer knowledge will be an advantage.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
